Please note, we currently do not ship on Sundays. Any orders made on this day will be shipped the following day.
DELIVERY RATES
Delivery will take between 2 - 5 working days (UK orders) from receipt of your order.
In busier periods, please allow up to 7 days for standard delivery. (Unless stated on our site)
We currently do not ship overseas.
Please check your details are correct before ordering, we cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect.
PRE-ORDERS
Please note, any ‘Pre-Order’ items that you, the customer, place within your order will be shipped out as one order once the Pre-Order item(s) has become available.
If you wish to have your ‘In Stock’ item(s) sooner, an additional delivery fee will be charged. As a simpler option, you may wish to make two separate orders.
Any expected dates are an estimate only and are not guaranteed.
An email will be sent once your Pre-Order item is available.

REFUNDS
If you, the customer, wish to return an item(s) please email:
You, the customer, you are entitled to a 14 day returns policy – from the date of delivery acceptance.
All items returned must be in the original, resalable condition and packaging for a full refund. If items are not in the required state, refunds will be refused.
Refunds will be returned by original vender and may take up to 7 days to be processed.
Please note that Bow & Miller Interiors will not be liable for any damages incurred during transit.
CONDITIONS
The goods must be in unused, original condition and packaging. If items that are received by Bow & Miller Interiors, are not in this condition, we may refuse refunds.
Refund will be given for items returned only, this also includes postage paid but not postage paid by customer for returning item to us.
Please keep all proof of postage, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
REFUNDS PROCESSING
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Bow & Miller Interiors is a UK company which upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
FAULTY ITEMS
In a rare event where you might receive faulty goods please email us a photograph and request for either a refund or replacement within 5 days of receiving the item(s)
